Dear Friends and Investors:
Please join us for a special virtual private investor meeting on Wednesday, February 28th at 1:00 PM EST featuring Good Science Fund, one of the most exciting companies we have seen.
About The Good Science Fund:
The Good Science Fund is a seed stage investing fund that invests in companies that drive healthy lifespans and peace of mind. Individual and population level health (including that of future generations) is determined by access to health promoting factors, preventative care that upholds wellness, and maintenance of health. By investing along these pillars, The Good Science Fund is looking to create a portfolio that breaks down the silos within healthcare, achieves greater market penetration of scientific breakthroughs and life-span altering interventions and promotes generational wellness.
Overview:
The Good Science Fund invests in early to late seed-stage companies within healthcare, life-sciences and climate-tech to affect graduation rates and capture the value upon scale of healthcare-driven solutions. Fund 1 is prepared to invest $5M in US-based companies and will expand to global investments with Fund 2.
Management:
The Good Science Fund is a solo-GP entity with four venture partners and one investment advisor. The six-person management team brings deep expertise across venture investing and portfolio management from seed stage to exit. They leverage their industry leading partnerships with accelerators, venture funds and investors to source and diligence deals and create value through the life of the portfolio.
Fund Vehicle:
The Good Science Fund is targeting $5M with an attractive preferred return, pro-rata rights into fund II and a minimum investment of $100K.
